改良经睫毛缘切口法联合生物蛋白线行重睑术161例报道

摘　　要：目的：探索一种安全有效、微创、瘢痕不明显、易恢复的重睑术式。方法：选取2010年5月~2014年1月我院收治的161例单睑求美者。采用经睫毛缘切口重睑法改良术式,于睫毛缘上1.5mm处倾斜向上切开皮肤,剥离,去除眼轮匝肌及脂肪、眶隔等组织后采用针头穿刺定点法辅助皮内缝合,并在缝合睑缘皮肤时应用生物蛋白线无张力缝合。结果：术后随访6~34个月,平均13.1个月。143例获得随访,随访率88.8%。其中2例重睑重睑形态不对称,予以原切口行手术调整后满意。余重睑形态美观,切口瘢痕不明显,满意度高。结论：对经睫毛缘切口术式行进一步改良联合生物蛋白线应用,具有免拆线,恢复快,瘢痕不明显等优点。Objective To explore for a double-fold invasive,easy to recover and without obvious scar eyelid shape taking operation that is safe, minimal Methods From March, 2010 to January,2014, we have taken the double-fold eyelid shape taking operation through eyelash margin incision for 161 people who want to be more beautiful about face.The operation is to titled upward do the skin incision at the 15mm place of eyelash,strip,use the needle puncture fixed point method to auxiliary intradermal suture after removing the orbicularis oculi muscle and fat orbital groups like insulation,and application of biological protein line without tension when suture the skin of the eyelid edge. Results The postoperative follow-up was about 6 months to 34 months, the average of which was 13.1 month. There are 143 people have gained the postoperative follow-up, and the rate of the postoperative follow-up was 88.8%. There were 2 people with imbalanced face after receiving the double-fold eyelid shape taking operation,but they are satisfied after the adjustment of the original line incision surgery.The shape of the double-fold eyelid was beautiful,and the incisional scar was not obvious, which wins the high degree of the satisfaction. Conclusion Better the eyelash margin incision surgery with the application of biological protein line, and it bears the merits of not taking out stitches, easily to recover and the scar is not obvious.
