摘  要:目的 SonoVue在经外周静脉注射的血管显像方面的应用具有优势,现探讨对比增强超声在非血管腔道的临床应用价值及特点。资料与方法 68例均经引流管/造瘘管注入SonoVue在实时超声造影模式下观察置管位置、引流范围、超声造影剂在腔内的运动过程。结果对比增强超声准确地显示引流管/造瘘管增强区域68例,异常增强区域9例。对比增强超声提示3例初次置管失败,5例出血,1例胆囊结石。25例胆道置管引流术提示梗阻部位;22例肾造痿术显示输尿管通畅性并判断梗阻部位;1例肾囊肿穿刺硬化术准确测量与肾门距离。结论用于非血管腔道成像的超声造影剂在介入性超声诊断及治疗中有重要价值,值得推广。Purpose To explore the application value of contrast agent in non- vascular channel. Material and Methods Totally 68 patients with drainage tube/stoma were collected in the pattern of real-time contrast enhanced ultrasound. Position, scope and moving of contrast agent in non-vascular channel were observed. Results It was accurately revealed enhanced areas in 68 cases of drainage tube and stoma, including 9 abnormal cases. CEUS implied 3 cases of failed drainage firstly, 5 cases of bleeding and 1 case gallbladder stone. It judged the degree and location in 25 PTBD cases and 22 PCN cases. The distance with renal hilum of one parapelvic cyst was measured accurately. Conclusion It is very important in diagnosis and treatment of interventional ultrasound to CEUS, therefore is worthy of wide application.
