摘 要:目的:医学物理学实验是对学生进行科学实验基本训练的重要基础,在培养学生的实验综合素质、科学思维能力和创新精神等方面,具有十分重要的作用。结合"自主学习"的改革宗旨和我校的实际情况,医学物理学实验室探索实践了基于学生自主学习的医学物理学实验技能拓展活动,旨在积极的树立和培养学生自主学习的意识和能力,注重在教学过程中培养学生的沟通协作能力,提高实验技能,拓展实验知识,为学生今后的学习、工作及科研打下坚实的基础。方法:实验室将计划学时中的4学时作为技能拓展时间,整个实践过程都是基于学生的自主学习,学生是学习的主体,过程分为:分组、选题,自主学习、汇报展示,教师根据学习小组的表现,打出分数,作为整个小组成员期末总分的一部分。学生在规定的时间内,根据学习目标选择媒体和资源,采用恰当的学习方法,掌握学习内容,进行自我评价,学生在教师引导、启发、扶持下,积极主动地参与教学活动,通过与教师及同学的合作、探究科学知识、提高解决问题的能力。结果:实验技能拓展实施后取得了良好的效果:用多方面成绩综合评价学生,优化了学生成绩评价体系;增强了学生的荣誉感,协作性,提供学生展示自主学习成果的舞台;活跃了课堂气氛,增进了师生交流;结合实验室开放,实验技能拓展与实验操作考试互相促进;但同时在选题、评分和师资等方面也存在一定的问题和不足。结论:结合其他方面的改革,探索出比较适合我校情况的实验技能拓展的方式方法。Objective: Medical physics experiment is the important foundation of scientific experiment basic training in student. It has the very vital role in cultivating students' comprehensive quality, scientific thinking ability and innovation spirit. Combining with the reform aim of "independent learning" and the actual situation of our university, the Medical Physics Laboratory explored and practiced the research on expansion of experimental skill in medical physics experiment course based on the students' independent leaming?.The practice aimed to actively cultivate the students' consciousness and ability of independent learning. The author also payed more attention to cultivate the students' communication and cooperation abilities, to im- prove their experimental skills and expand the experimental knowledge in the process of teaching. All the practice aimed to build a solid foundation for the students learning, working and scientific research in the future. Methods: There are 4 hours used for the practice as skills development time. Students are the main body of learning and the whole process of practice is based on the students' independent learning. The process includes grouping, topic selection, independent learning and the results show. The teachers give the scores to the whole team as the part of the final score according to their performance. In the prescribed period of time, students choose the media according to learning objectives and resources, and use appropriate meth ods to grasp content and undertake self-assessment. Meanwhile, under the teacher's guide, inspiration and support, the students actively participate in teaching activities to explore the scientific knowledge, to improve the ability to solve the problem through the cooperation with teachers and the other students.
