金天格胶囊联合电针治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察和评价应用金天格胶囊联合电针对于膝骨关节炎患者的临床疗效。方法 60例病人,均经过临床X线和骨密度检查确诊,随机分成两组,治疗组口服金天格胶囊联合电针,对照组仅做电针治疗4周后,通过对疼痛缓解时间、功能恢复情况及WOMAC评分进行疗效评估,并经1年门诊随访,总结其疗效。结果治疗4周后,治疗组的疼痛缓解时间和功能恢复情况与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论金天格胶囊联合电针治疗对于膝骨关节炎患者的治疗可以达到缓解疼痛,提高活动度和改善生活质量的作用,在临床治疗提高疗效上起到积极作用。Objective To observe and evaluate the efficacy of Jintiange capsule combined with electro-acupuncture for knee osteoarthritis.Methods Sixty patients, who were diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis incorporated osteoporosis using X-Ray and BMD examination, were divided to 2 groups randomly.Patients in the treatment group received Jintiange capsule and electro-acupuncture, while in the control group the patients received electro-acupuncture only.The treatment lasted for 4 weeks.Lumbago, WOMAC and pain remittent time, and function recovery were compared statistically between the 2 groups.The efficacy was followed up for 1 year and was summarized.Results The pain remittent time and function recovery between the two groups showed significance difference in 4-week’s follow-up （P〈0.01）.Conclusion The treatment of Jintiange capsule combined with electro-acupuncture can relieve the pain, enhance activity and improve life quality for knee osteoarthritis patients.It plays an important role in the increase of clinical efficacy.
