摘 要:以建筑用6CrW2MoVSi钢为对象,研究了其在不同热处理条件下组织及硬度的变化规律。结果表明,经退火及淬火后,试验钢中组织细小均匀;在820℃退火后钢中碳化物尺寸约为0.6μm;经950℃淬火后,钢组织主要由板条马氏体和少量针状马氏体组成,其中针状马氏体尺寸小于2.5μm;随着淬火温度的升高,试验钢的淬火硬度上升;高温淬火后,试验钢在回火过程中出现两个回火沉淀硬化区;由不同温度下平衡相的含量变化可知,钢热处理时的非平衡相组成与其平衡态相比温度滞后,且高温处理可促进钢中相的平衡。Taking 6CrW2MoVSi steel used for architecture as research object, the microstructures and hardness changes of the steel under different heat treatment conditions were analyzed. The results show that, after annealed and quenched, the steel has a very fine and uniform microstructures; after anneal at 820 ℃, the size of carbide in the steel is around 0.6 μm; after anneal at 950 ℃, the steel mainly consists of lath-shaped martensite with a small amount of needle-shaped martensite, and the size of needle-shaped martensite is less than 2.5 μm; by increasing quenching temperatures, the hardness of the steel increase; after quenched at high temperatures, two tempering precipitation hardening zones appear in the steel; by analyzing the phase's amount at equilibrium state, a temperature delay can be deduced during heat treatment process, which can be recovered after following high temperatures heat treatment.
