机械研磨辅助方法制备艺术雕刻用纯铜表面镍合金涂层

摘　　要：采用机械研磨辅助法在铜表面制备镍合金涂层,利用光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜以及能谱分析等手段对合金层的微观组织进行研究。结果表明,延长机械研磨时间可以提高合金层的均匀度和连续度。The nickel alloy coatings on pure copper were prepared by mechanical polishing, and the microstructures of the coating were studied by OM, XRD, SEM and EDS. The results show that the uniformity and continuous of the coating are improved by extending mechanical polishing time.
