摘　　要：目的探讨耳郭假性囊肿的手术治疗方法及效果。方法回顾性分析45例经手术治疗的耳郭假性囊肿患者的临床资料。结果本组45例患者耳郭切口均一期愈合。术后随访1年以上,除1例因耳郭再次受伤而复发外,其余病例均无复发。结论手术治疗耳郭假性囊肿方法易掌握,治疗效果满意。Objective To investigate surgical effects in the treatment of pseudocyst of auricle.Methods A retrospec-tive analysis was performed on 45 cases with auricle pseudocyst.Results After the operation,all cases were cured. The postoperative follow-up was more than 1 year.Apart from one due to secondary auricle injury,there was no other recurrence.Conclusion Surgical treatment of auricle pseudocyst is easy,simple and satisfactory.
