鼻内镜下生物羊膜+明胶海绵治疗鼻腔粘连的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察鼻内镜下应用生物羊膜+明胶海绵治疗鼻腔粘连的临床疗效。方法对2010年1月至2013年6月就诊的46例鼻腔粘连患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组27例采用生物羊膜+明胶海绵治疗,对照组19例单独使用明胶海绵治疗,分别评定疗效。结果治疗后2周、1个月、3个月分别随访,治疗组有效率96.3%,对照组有效率68.4%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论鼻内镜下应用生物羊膜+明胶海绵治疗鼻腔粘连是一种方便、有效的好方法。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of endoscopic biological amniotic membrane and gelfoam for nasal adhesion.Methods In January 2010 to June 2013,46 patients with nasal cavity adhesions were randomly di-vided into the treatment group （n =27）and the control group（n =19）.The treatment group was treated by biological amniotic membrane ＋gelatin sponge,and the control group was treated with gelatin sponge alone.Results After fol-low-up of 2 weeks,1 month,and 3 months,the effective rate was 96.3% in the treatment group and 68.4% in the control group.Conclusion Application of biological amniotic membrane and gelatin sponge nasal adhesion under en-doscopy is a convenient and effective method.
