摘 要:对2种不同种类污泥的燃烧过程进行热重分析(TG),研究升温速率对燃烧特性的影响,运用高斯多峰拟合方法对热重曲线解析,基于平行反应机理将燃烧过程分解为3个独立的平行反应。根据平行反应机理建立动力学模型,计算不同升温速率下各组分活化能。研究结果表明:热重曲线可以分解为3个彼此交叉的高斯拟合峰,分别对应污泥中挥发分、生物可降解物质和固定碳的燃烧过程,挥发分的燃烧区间为200-400℃,生物可降解物质的燃烧区间为400-500℃,固定碳的燃烧区间为500-800℃。各组分活化能随升温速率的变化趋势表明:无限制增加升温速率反而不利于各组分活化能的降低。The combustion characteristics of two samples of sewage sludge were investigated by thermo-gravimetry(TG)technology to analyze the combustion characteristics at different heating rates. Based on parallel reaction model,multi-peaks Gaussian fitting was utilized to analyze the first derivative curves of mass loss. The dynamic model was established based on parallel reaction model to achieve activation energy at different heating rates. The results show that thermo-gravimetric curves can be decomposed into three independent parallel reactions attributed to the combustion of volatile at 200-400 ℃, the combustion of biodegradable substances at 400-500 ℃ and the combustion of fixed carbon at500-800 ℃ respectively. Trend of activation energy with the heating rate indicates that increasing heating rate to excess is not beneficial to the reducing of activation energy of each component.
