摘　　要：糖尿病已成为21世纪影响人类健康的公共卫生问题，相关的急，慢性并发症严重地威胁着患者的健康甚至生命。糖化血红蛋白A1e（HbA1e）已经成为糖尿病血糖控制的金标准，研究表明HbA1e每降低1％，糖尿病相关的大、小血管发生事件会明显下降。因此，HbA1e。检测的准确性在糖尿病患者管理中具有重要价值。测量准确性是一个定性概念，采用测量不确定度可反应测量准确性程度，从而可度量测量的准确性。误差理论在医学检验界得到长期的应用，而测量不确定度是在误差理论上进一步发展而得来的，因此引入测量不确定度对提高检验结果质量应有积极的作用。中华检验医学杂志．2014，37：884-886）Diabetes mellitus has became a growing public health problem, its acute and chronic complications threaten the patient＇s dramatically. HbAlc is recognized as the gold standard for blood glucose evaluation in patients with diabetes It has reported that the incideut rafe of diabetes related will decline remarkably when HbA1e, decline by 1% , so the detection accuracy of the HbA1e is very important in the diabetes patient＇s management. Uncertainty of measurement can reflect the detation accuracy, which will benifite the value of HbA1e （Chin J Lab Med ,2014 ,37 ：884-886 ）
