摘　　要：皮肤在防御外界有害因素损伤及维持内环境稳态中起重要作用,本文就近年来有关皮肤屏障结构及功能的研究进展作一综述。Skin plays an important role in the defense of harmful factors and injuries, and the maintenance of internal environment. In this paper the skin barrier structure and function are reviewed.
