左西替利嗪递减法联合玉屏风颗粒治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:评价左西替利嗪递减法联合玉屏风颗粒治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法:将195例患者随机分为治疗组、对照1组和对照2组,治疗组采用左西替利嗪递减法联合玉屏风颗粒口服,对照1组单纯口服左西替利嗪,对照2组口服左西替利嗪联合玉屏风颗粒,12 w后评价疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为90.77%,与对照2组(93.06%)无显著差异(P>0.05);明显高于对照1组(80%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:左西替利嗪递减法联合玉屏风颗粒治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效与左西替利嗪联合玉屏风颗粒疗效相当,减少了左西替利嗪的服用量。Objective： To assess the efficacy of diminishing levocetirizine hydrochloride capsules combined with yupingfeng grain in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods： One hundred and ninety-five patients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into three groups： diminishing levocetifizine hydrochloride cap- sules combined with yupingfeng grain was administrated in the treatment group; levocetirizine hydrochloride capsules was given in control group 1 and levocetirizine hydrochloride capsules combined with yupingfeng grain was given in control group 2. The effective rates of the three groups were assessed at week 12th after treatment. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 90.77%, which was equivalent to that in the control group 2 （93.06%） and higher than that in the control group 1 （80%）. Conclusion： Diminishing levoeetiriz- ine hydroehloride capsules combined with yupingfeng grain is effective and less cost in the treatment of chronic uticaria.
