摘　　要：目的：分析感染性湿疹（IE）的迟发诊治原因与治疗效果。方法：回顾性分析25例IE患者的临床资料。结果：25例IE患者中,男18例,女7例,从发病到诊治时间平均4.7天。2~4周IE治愈。结论：有效清除和控制原发灶感染、及时清除分泌物是预防与治疗IE的关键。Objective： To analyze the cause of delayed diagnosis and treatment of infectious eczema. Methods： The profiles of 25 cases with infective eczema were analyzed. Results： Out of 25 cases, 18 were males and 7 were females. All the 25 patients were cured in 2-4 weeks. Conclusion ： Effective control of pri- mary infection and cleaning of exudates timely are the key points in prevention and treatment of infectious ec- zema
