摘　　要：患者,男,21岁。额部皮肤增厚伴双手、足进行性肥大5年。组织病理、X光等检查符合骨膜增生厚皮症。淋巴显像示双下肢淋巴液回流缓慢。A 21 -year-old male presented with thickened forehead skin and hands and feet enlargement for 5 years. The biopsy specimen and X-ray confirmed the diagnosis of pachydermoperiostosis. The lymphatic imaging showed slow circumfluence of the lymph in lower limbs.
