《景岳全书·妇人规》中因阵方组方治则特点分析

摘　　要：因阵为《景岳全书》八阵之一,因阵方在《妇人规》中的应用颇为广泛,用于治疗痛经、崩漏、血虚经乱、胎漏、鬼胎、胞破产难、胞衣不出、产后腹痛、癥瘕、阴疮等疾病,其主要功效主治特点为活血理气、解毒疗疮、补益虚损、清热泻火、散寒止痛,但就方剂应用范围与频次来看,以活血理气类方剂应用最为广泛。景岳应用因阵方治疗妇产科疾病时,善于把握疾病的证候,有是病用是方。Yinzhen is one of eight tactical arrays in Jingyue＇ Complete Work. Yinzhen in the application of the Woman Rules was quite w!dely,and used in the treatment of dysmenorrhea,flooding and spotting, blood deficiency due to irregular menstrual,vaginal bleeding during pregnancy,pseudopregnancy,difficult delivery, retention placenta,postpartum abdominal pain,remove lump,pudenda/ sore and other diseases. The main function characteristics are activating blood and moving Qi,detoxification and cure sore,tonifying and replen- ishing deficient,clearing heat and purging fire,dissipating cold to suppress pain. But in the formula applica- tion scope and frequency,activate blood and move Qi formula applied most widely. When ZHANG Jingyue treated obstetrics and gynecology diseases using Yinzhen array,he was good at grasping the symptoms of the disease,treatment of this disease with this formula.
