膈下逐瘀颗粒对输卵管炎性不孕模型大鼠血清IL-4及IL-8的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨膈下逐瘀颗粒对输卵管炎性不孕模型大鼠血清IL-4及IL-8水平的影响。方法:选取成熟的Wistar雌性大鼠100只、雄性大鼠10只,适应性饲养1周后,选取雌性大鼠10只作为空白组,其余90只雌性大鼠复制出输卵管炎性不孕动物模型,分为模型组、阿奇霉素组和膈下逐瘀颗粒高、中、低剂量组共五组,每组10只,其余40只作为受孕组,观察造模是否成功。每组灌胃30 d后眼球取血,检测各组血清中IL-4及IL-8的含量。结果:与空白组比较,模型组血清中IL-4及IL-8含量比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与阿奇霉素组比较,膈下逐瘀颗粒高、中、低剂量组血清中IL-4及IL-8含量比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与膈下逐瘀颗粒高剂量组比较,膈下逐瘀颗粒中、低剂量组血清中IL-4及IL-8含量比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),即高剂量疗效优于中、低剂量组。结论 :膈下逐瘀颗粒既能促进IL-4水平上调,又可降低IL-8水平,具有控制输卵管炎症和疏通输卵管的作用,提高受孕率。Objective：To investigate the effect of Gexia Zhuyu granule on IL-4 and IL-8 in serum of model rats with oviduct inflammatory infertility. Methods：Wistar rats were 100 female,10 male rats,after ＇a week the adaptability of feeding,10 female rats were selected as the control group,and the rest of the 90 female rats copy the salpingitis infertility animal models,and divided into five groups,the model group,azithromycin group,Gexia Zhuyu granules of high,medium and low dose group,and the remaining 40 as the pregnancy group ,observed modeling success. Each group were taken blood from eyeball after administered for 30 d. The contents of each group of serum IL-4 and IL-8 were detected. Results ：There were statistically significant dif- ferences the serum IL-4 and IL-8 content in model groups compared with the control group（P〈0.05）. There were statistically significant differences the serum IL-4 and IL-8 content in the Gexia Zhuyu granules of high,medium and low dose groups compared with azithromycin group（P〈0.05）. There were statistically sig- nificant difference the serum IL-4 and IL-8 content in Gexia Zhuyu granules of medium and low dose groups compared with high dose group （P〈 0.05 ） , that was effective of the high dose group was better than that of medium and low dose groups. Conclusion：Gexia Zhuyu granules not 0nly promote IL-4 levels in- crease,but also reduce IL-8 level,and can control inflammation and clear the fallopian tubal,and can en- hance the pregnancy rate.
