摘  要:目的:探索钙镁元素与太子参产量和品质的关系。方法:以太子参种根为试验材料,采用砂培的方法,研究钙镁元素缺乏对太子参产量和品质的影响。结果:缺钙、缺镁处理的太子参单个块根质量分别比正常处理低43.59%和28.21%,且单株产量均极显著低于正常处理;钙、镁元素缺乏太子参块根比重差异不大;不同处理间太子参药材水分含量差异不大;缺钙、缺镁处理浸出物含量极显著低于正常处理;缺钙处理灰分含量为4.63%,极显著高于正常和缺镁处理,缺镁处理灰分含量为3.29%,与正常处理差异不大。结论:钙镁元素缺乏严重影响太子参产量和品质。Objective: The relationship between calcium, magnesium nutrition and the yield- quality of Pseudostellaria heterophylla were studied. Methods: The yield and quality of the plant were studied by sand culture with the root as the experimental materials. Results: The results showed that the single root weight of calcium and magnesium deficiency treatment was lower than the normal 43.59% and 28.21% respectively, as well as the plant yield was lower than the normal. The difference of root proportion was not significant among various treatments, and the moisture content of medicinal herbs was the same. The extractum content of Ca and Mg deficiency was very remarkably less than normal. The ash content of Ca deficiency was significantly higher than Mg deficiency and the normal, which was 4. 63%. The ash content of Mg deficiency was 3.29% and the normal was little different. Conclusion: The yield and quality of P. heterophylla were affected by the treatments of Calcium and Magnesium deficiency.
