摘　　要：基础设施的建设与健全对城市的经济社会发展有着至关重要的作用,在近代的城市发展过程中成为区别于传统城市的重要特征。开埠后的天津加速了城市转型,各国租界进驻后仿照西方城市的大规模租界基础设施,引领并推动了天津城市面貌的改变。因多国租界并存和特殊的政治经济地位,天津形成了富有自身特色的基础设施建设历程。同时,基础设施的近代化转变,亦对城市社会生活产生潜移默化的影响。As a Treaty Port, Tianjin had accelerated modernization. Large-scale infrastructure concession which was the imitation of Western cities promoted a change in the Tianjin urban landscape. Due to the coexistence of multi-national concessions and special political and economic status, Tianjin formed a unique infrastructure history. Meanwhile, the modern transition of infrastructure also had a subtle influence on urban social life.
