摘 要:在不同氧化温度下,采用阳极氧化法制备了一系列TiO2纳米管。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)对TiO2纳米管的形貌和组成进行了表征,并采用瞬时光电流-时间响应谱测试了TiO2纳米管的光电催化性能,用光催化降解罗丹明B对其光催化性能进行了表征。结果表明,提高氧化温度会降低TiO2纳米管表面的规整度,但可提高其长度和管径,氧化温度过高会导致TiO2纳米管强度变弱,极易断裂;TiO2纳米管的光电催化性能随着氧化温度的升高先提高后降低,适宜的氧化温度为20℃。A series of TiO2 nanotubes were prepared using an anode oxidation method at different temperatures. The morphology and composition were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X ray diffraction (XRD) and X ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The photoelectroeatalytic and photocatalytic performances of the TiO2 nanotubes were characterized by the photo-current response and photodegradation of RhB, respectively. The experimental result shows that the tube length and diameter increase with the temperature during preparation but the regularity of the tube surfaces become worse. The preparation temperature for TiO2 nanotubes with a high photoelectroeatalytic performance is optimized to be around 20 ℃.
