外伤性胰腺炎与普通性胰腺炎的CT表现对比分析

摘　　要：目的对比分析外伤性胰腺炎与普通性胰腺炎的早期CT表现。方法回顾性分析145例胰腺炎CT表现,其中96例普通性胰腺炎和49例外伤性胰腺炎。采用SPSS 17.0统计软件进行数据处理,两组间变量阳性率比较采用χ2检验。结果CT表现对比:49例外伤性胰腺炎中,以单个CT表现为主(χ2=10.311,P<0.05)。两组中外伤性胰腺炎以胰腺体积增大,结构不清、小网膜囊积液、腹腔内游离气体、腹腔积液、周围脂肪间隙密度增高的CT征象几率大于普通性胰腺炎(P<0.05)。肾筋膜增厚、假性囊肿及胸腔积液的几率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。96例普通性胰腺炎CT表现多样,但未见胰腺头、体部血肿及胰腺管断裂征象。结论腹部外伤史结合CT检查有助于外伤性胰腺炎与普通胰腺炎的鉴别。Objective To explore the early CT manifestation of traumatic pancreatitis with normal sex pancreatitis correlation. Methods A total of 145 cases of pancreatitis,96 cases of normal sex pancreatitis and 49cases of traumatic pancreatitis cases were retrospectively analyzed the clinical data and USES the statistical software for processing ,13.0 variables between the two groups were compared usingχ2 test. Results CT manifestations in 49cases of traumatic pancreatitis,give priority to with a single CT man-ifestations （χ2=10.311,P〈0.05）,two groups of traumatic pancreatitis with pancreatic morphology,structure,confusion,lesser omen-tum sac effusion,intraperitoneal free gas increased,the density of abdominal cavity effusion,fat gap around the CT signs of risk is greater than the normal sex pancreatitis（P〈0.05）. Renal fascia thickening,pseudocyst and the probability of pleural effusion has no statistical significance（P〉0.05）. Is given priority to with multiple CT manifestations of 145cases of traumatic pancreatitis ,pancreatic head,body hematoma and pancreas tube rupture did not see. Conclusion the typical abdominal trauma combined with CT exami-nation plays an important value in diagnosis of traumatic pancreatitis,and through the traumatic pancreatitis compared with CT manifestations of normal sex pancreatitis,for the diagnosis of traumatic pancreas with normal sex pancreatitis were increased.
