摘  要:刷式气封具有良好的密封特性,被广泛应用在汽轮机和燃气轮机等工业动力装置中。刷式气封密封特性的计算是设计中一项重要工作。本文基于效厚度模型,发展了一种刷式气封流量系数的计算方法。近似认为刷丝呈均匀正方形交错排布,利用交错管束流动阻力系数的计算公式,参考文献中的实验结果建立有效厚度与压比关联式,基于MATLAB软件编写迭代程序,可以方便地计算刷式气封的流量系数。计算结果与试验数据对比,证明该方法预测刷式气封流量系数的可行性,为设计开发提供了一个思路。Brush seals are widely applied on industrial steam turbines and gas turbines due to their good performances of sealing. A method of the calculating the flow factors for brush seals is developed based on the effective thickness. The bristles are treated as bundles of uniformly staggered circular tubes, whose leakage characteristics have been obtained by investigators. The effective thicknesses are correlated to the pressure drop referring to the experimental results of investigators, and the flow factors could be calculated by using MATLAB program. Comparisons of the calculation results with the experimental ones have shown the feasibilities of this method on practical design processes.
