摘 要:东北红豆杉是药用、观赏用及材用兼备的珍贵珍惜树种,人们对它的需求量越来越多,但其自然繁殖速度极慢,因此,快繁技术是提高红豆杉生产的重要途径。本研究以东北红豆杉茎尖为材料,针对离体培养时的光照、温度、pH值等条件进行探讨,结果表明:在设计条件范围内,温度25℃左右、光照时间12h、光照强度3000~5000lx时,适合东北红豆杉芽分化、生长;pH值5.2、蔗糖浓度20~40g/L时比较有利于东北红豆杉芽分化及生长。The Taxus cuspidata is rare tree species of medicinal, ornamental and ligneous usages with re- cent increase in quantity demands, however, its natural reproduction was extremely slow. Thus, the ap- plication of rapid propagation technology is an important approach to improve the Taxus cuspidata production. In this study, the exploring of culture conditions including light, temperature and pH value for stem tip of taxus cuspidata in vitro were conducted. The results showed that the designed conditions with tem- perature of 25 ℃, illumination time of 12 h, light intensity ranging from 3 000-5 000 lx, combined with pH value of 5. 2 and sucrose concentration from 20-40 g/L, were suitable for the differentiation and growth of the northeast yew bud.
