摘 要:目的:优化山茱萸连续超声逆流的提取工艺。方法:以提取物中干膏收率和马钱苷转移率为考察指标,采用山茱萸连续超声逆流提取工艺参数进行考察。结果:山茱萸连续超声逆流的提取工艺最佳条件是药材不需要粉碎,超声频率30k Hz,80%乙醇,料液流量比1∶15。结论:优选连续超声逆流提取工艺操作简单、科学合理,适合工业化大生产。Objective: To optimize the successive ultrasound countercurrent extraction from Cornus officinalis. Method:Take the rate of dry extract and transport rate of loganin as assessment index and use orthogonal test to optimize the successive ultrasound countercurrent extraction parameter of Cornus officinalis. Result: The optimum extraction condition was that herbs needn't be crushed Ultrasound frequency was 30 k Hz,and the solvent was 80% alcohol. The ratio of feed to solvent was 1∶ 15. Conclusion: The optimum extraction technology is reasonable and scientific,and it could be used for large scale production.
