摘 要:根据AerMet100钢动态剪切试验结果,基于ABAQUS/Explicit动力学分析软件对AerMet100帽形试件的绝热剪切敏感性、临界速度以及绝热剪切带的宽度进行了数值模拟分析,模拟结果与实验吻合较好.在此基础上,研究了AerMet100钢绝热剪切敏感性与加载速度的关系,分析了AerMet100钢试件在动态加载过程中的应力场分布、绝热剪切带的演化过程以及温度场分布.研究结果表明,剪切区域特征单元的承载能力随加载速度的提高而降低,剪切带形成的临界速度在32m/s左右,剪切高温区集中在微米量级的带状区域.According to the results of the dynamic shear experiments of AerMet100 steel,a series of SHPB numerical experiments of the hat shaped specimens were carried out with ABAQUS/Explicit software,which simulated the adiabatic shear deformation process in the high strain rate loading condition.The numerical simulation results are well consistent with the experiments in the adiabatic shearing sensitivity,the critical speed and the width of the adiabatic shear bands.Based on the simulation results,ageneral relationship between the adiabatic shear sensitivity and velocity was analyzed,obtained the stress field,strain field and temperature field distribution.The results show that the carrying capacity of the shear region feature elements decrease with increasing loading rate,the critical velocity of shear band formation is 32m/s or so,and the shear high temperature zone concentrates in microns strip area.
