聋儿康复远期效果评价指标体系的信度和效度分析

摘　　要：目的对已建立的聋儿康复远期效果评价指标体系进行信效度分析。方法采用重测信度、分半信度、内在一致性信度以及内容效度、构想效度等指标分析指标体系的信效度。结果指标体系各领域以及总得分的重测信度相关系数为0.668-0.921;分半信度R为0.7205;采用主成分分析法提取3个主成分累积贡献率达81.065%,结构效度较好。家庭影响、交往困难、语言理解和空间定位能力4个指标载荷因子载荷小于0.40,不能归入四个主成分。结论指标体系的信度、效度较好,量表具有较强的可靠性和有效性;指标体系中家庭影响、交往困难、语言理解和空间定位能力需要进一步研究。Objective To analysis the validity and reliability of the index system established for long-term effectiveness of rehabilitation of deaf children. Methods The test-retest reliability,split reliability,Cronbach α,construct validity w ere applied. Results The test-retest coefficients ranged from 0. 668 to 0. 921. The split reliability（ R） w as 0. 7205,and Cronbach αcoefficients ranged from 0. 4712 to 0. 7362. On the base of principal component analysis,three factors w ere extracted,and the cumulative contribution rate reached 81. 065%. Four factors w ere not included in the index,such as Family influencing,Communication difficulties,et al. Conclusion The validity and reliability of the index system established for long-term effectiveness of rehabilitation of deaf children w ere better,and some factors of the index should be studied in future.
