摘　　要：目的：建立高效液相－蒸发光散射检测法测定升白口服液中黄芪甲苷的含量。方法采用 C18柱（4．6mm ×250mm，5μm）；流动相为甲醇－水（70∶30），流速为1．0mL· min －1；检测器为Sedex60LT蒸发光检测器。结果黄芪甲苷在0．5568～5．5680μg的范围内呈良好的线性关系（r＝0．9995），平均回收率为102．88±2．44（RSD2．37％）。结论该法具有良好的精密度和重现性，结果准确可靠，可用于升白口服液中黄芪甲苷的含量测定。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of Astragaloside A in Shengbai Oral Solution by HPLC-ELSD.METHODS Welch Ultimate XB-C18 column （4.6mm ×250mm,5μm） was used with mobile phase of methanol-water（70：30）.The flow rate was 1.0mL· min-1,and the detector was Sedex60LT.RESULTSThe linear relationship of Astragaloside A was good in the range of 0.5568~5.5680μg （ r=0.9995 ） .The average recovery was 102.88 ±2.44 （ RSD2.37%） .CONCLUSION The method has good precision and reappearance , and the result is accuracy and reliable .It can be used for the measurement of AstragalosideA of Shengbai Oral Solu-tion.
