摘　　要：黑龙江省农民专业合作社的发展受到阻碍是受多种因素制约的,其中融资困难是其发展受限的主要原因。在对黑龙江省农民专业合作社融资现状进行了描述性分析的基础上,分析了导致黑龙江省融资困难的原因,并基于机制设计理论对影响合作社融资的因素进行了分析,最后提出相应的对策建议。The development of farmers＇ professional co-operatives is constrained by many factors and the financing difficulty is the main reason to restrict its development. Based on the present financing situation of farmers＇ professional cooperatives in Heilongjiang Province, the author carried out a descriptive analysis of the causes of financing difficulties. And based on the influencing factors of the cooperatives＇ financing. mechanism design theory, the author analyzed the At last, the paper put forward corresponding countermeasures.
