摘 要:东北地区在中国粮食安全中的战略地位决定了研究区域粮食增产因素及途径的必要性。选取东北商品粮基地德惠市作为研究区,在系统分析近30年来粮食播种面积、种粮劳动力、化肥施用量、农业机械总动力等主要影响因素变化特征的基础上,应用C-D生产函数定量测度上述选定4项因素对粮食产量变化的作用关系及作用强度。结果表明,在4项主要影响粮食产量变化的因素中,化肥施用量与机械总动力对粮食产量变化的影响程度最显著,这2项指标每增长1%,粮食产量分别增长0.4944%和0.3113%。最后,依据计算结果,从化肥用量用法、农业机械总动力、水土保护及政策方面提出了促进德惠市粮食增产的途径与对策。Northeast China plays a strategic role in safeguarding national grain security, so it is necessary to research the impact factors and growth approach of the region' s grain production. Taking Dehui City as a case, the paper analyzed the change characteristics of the amount of grain planting area, labor of grain planting, amounts of chemical fertilizer application and the total power of agricultural machinery, and measured the relationship and the impact extent between the above four factors and the grain yield with C-D production function. The results showed that, the amounts of chemical fertilizer and total power of agricultural machinery were the two significant impact factors on the change of grain yield, and when the amount of the above two indicators rise 1%, the amount of grain yield raised 0.4944% and 0.3113%; respectively. Finally, the paper provided approaches and countermeasures on grain yield growth from four aspects, i.e. the application amount and methods of chemical fertilizers, total power of agricultural machinery, water-land conservation and grain policy.
