摘  要:某220 kV输电线路镀锌直角挂板发生断裂,通过断口外观分析、显微组织检测、冲击试验、化学成分检测、扫描电子显微镜SEM、能谱仪EDS等试验方法对直角挂板断裂原因进行分析。结果表明,在挂板弯制部位存在大量脆性的硅酸盐和铝硅钙夹杂物,弯制时发生开裂,并在随后的镀锌过程中,有锌渗入裂纹;在直角挂板承载服役阶段,受拉伸应力作用裂纹扩展,最终导致完全断裂。建议生产厂家选用材质纯净度较高的材料制作直角挂板;在安装前,对直角挂板进行宏观检测或磁粉无损探伤检验,确认其是否存在原始裂纹,以防止由于直角挂板断裂而发生线路故障。According to the fracture on rectangular hanging plate in 220 kV transmission line, analysis the fracture reasons by appearance analysis, microstructure detection, impact test, chemical composition test, scanning electron microscope SEM, energy dispersive spectrometer EDS etc test method. The results showed: there were a lot of brittleness of silicate inclusions and aluminum calcium silicate inclusions in bending parts, cracking occurred when bending, and in the subsequent process of galvanizing, Zn penetrate the fracture; in the bearing service stage, crack extension for force, the final complete fracture. Suggested manufacturers choose purity higher material to product rectangular hanging plate; before installation, rectangular angle hanging plate needed nondestructive inspection of macroscopic detection or magneticparticle inspection, verified its existence of original crack, in order to prevent the rectangular hanging plate fracture and line fault.
