摘  要:某电厂直接空冷机组凝汽器冬季运行时有多列冷却三角两侧管束的温差达20℃,常发生管束冻裂事故。分别从设计、安装、运行等方面分析了凝汽器管束表面产生温差的原因。经过多次现场运行调整操作和现场试验,确定温差的形成原因为安装工艺不当,因单侧抽真空管道坡度不合理造成其通流能力不足。通过调整管道安装坡度,最终解决了直接空冷机组凝汽器管束表面温差问题。The tubes surface temperature difference of derect dry cooling unit condenser reached to 20 ℃ in a power plant in winter operation, often occured bundles cracking accident, some common causes of condenser tube surface temperature difference were analyzed from installation, design, operation and other aspects. After several on-site operation adjustment and field tests, determined the temperature difference cause was the improper installation process, the unilateral vacuum pipe gradient was unreasonable. Through the improvement of pipeline installation slope, the direct air cooling unit condenser tube surface temperature difference problem was solved ultimately.
