关于物流顽症治理的对策分析

摘　　要：物流顽症具体表现在物流过程中各环节存在的乱象,如运输中"三乱"、仓储中"车难进、车难停"、配送中"最后一公里"等难题,要治理物流顽症,可以从信息系统、参与者地位、物流流程、基础设施、客户关系等方面采取措施,建立公开信息系统,保证参与者平等地位、进行物流业务流程再造、完善物流基础设施与设备、实施客户关系管理等共同降低物流成本,提升物流水平。Logistics disease performed at exists chaos of each logistics link, such as Three Chaos in road transportation, difficult to stop and to enter, etc. we can set up a public information system to en- sure equal status of the participants, carry on business process reengineering（BPR） , implement custom- er relationship management （CRM） to reduce logistics cost, and enhance the level of logistics through information system,logistics process and infrastructure construction.
