关于构建大学生“四位一体、全面覆盖”德育培养模式的研究

摘　　要：针对当前高校德育的新特点,尤其是高校德育在大学生成长成才过程中的重要作用,结合新形势下高校德育模式和多年实际工作情况,探索实施了"四位一体、全面覆盖"的德育模式,即以主体性德育为中心,以理论课堂、校园文化建设、社会实践和科技创新为途径,以社会主义核心价值体系为指导思想,以全员育人为重要依托,以大学生自我教育为落脚点,以培养全面发展的个体为归宿,逐步探索建构高等学校德育工作的新体系,取得了良好的效果。Facing the confusion of the new features of the current university moral education and the new changes of moral education environment in universities, this article combines the functions of moral education and many years~ work experience, moral model ＂four in one, comprehensive coverage＂ was explored and implemented, it mainly including： the means of Moral centered, theory classes, campus culture, social practices and technological innovation and the guiding ideology of socialist core value sys- tem, it depends on all teachers take part in educating students and it must focus on the self--education of the college student. To achieve the final destination that is to foster individual all--round develop- ment. Gradually explore and construct a new system about the moral education in colleges and achieve good results.
