摘　　要：环节医疗质量是医疗质量管理的关键,是终末质量的保证。以病人为中心,围绕医疗质量形成的关键环节,建立健全各类制度,有效发挥各级质量组织的作用,搭建信息化平台,加强学习,动态监控并持续改进环节医疗质量,最终实现质量效益和患者满意度的有效统一。Medical link quality is the core of hospital management and the assurance of final quality .Tak-ing patients as the center and forming around the key link of the medical quality .Establishing policies and playing a role in quality control.Building up informative platform and reinforce learning .Dynamic monitoring and continu-ing improving the link medical quality in order to realize the unification of efficiency and satisfaction .
