摘　　要：战伤伤病谱是信息化条件下作战卫勤保障的基础研究,对于合理使用有限的卫勤力量,有效组织筹措卫生设备和药材资源具有重要意义。本文通过介绍国外美军战伤伤病谱、国际疾病编码和简明创伤评分等相关伤病谱编码研究成果,分析国内减员预计,战伤伤病谱和灾害伤病谱编码研究进展,针对战伤伤病谱研究现状,综合比较分析并提出伤病谱研究的关键技术和启示。Wartime injury and disease spectrum is the fundamental research of military health service sup -port under informationization condition .It plays a vital important role in reasonable utilization and usage of limited military medical force, sanitary equipments and medical materials .The article introduced the American military de-ployable medical systems patient condition codes （PC Codes）, international classification of disease （ICD） and ab-breviated injury scale（AIS）, as well as the domestic casualty forecasting research , current war injured spectrum re-search and disaster disease spectrum coding research .With comparing these researches and carefully exploration , the key technology and enlightenment has been discovered .
