摘　　要：药材采购模式是医院和社会都比较关注的问题,医院药材进销、资金流转、信息监督三者相互影响存在,具有明显的三位一体性;将三位一体理念引入医院药材采购供应管理体系,分析药材物资流、资金流、信息流的内在关系,以及医院药材采购管理的具体做法,以期对现代化医院建设有所启示。The procurement model of drug and medical consumables is more concerned by hospital and the society.The three aspects of purchase and usage of drug and medical consumables , funds flow and information mo-nitoring exist interdependently , which has an obvious characteristic of Trinity .It is necessary based on the trinity to study the purchasing management system of the drugs and medical consumables , and to analyze the flow of drug and medical consumables, funds and information, as well as the measures of purchasing management .So as to provide correct course to the modern hospital construction .
