摘　　要：吉林省是满族的重要发源地之一,具有丰富的满族文化资源。随着民族文化产业的开发与旅游业的发展,人们越来越重视对满族饮食文化的进一步研究,吉林省满族饮食文化是其中的重要组成部分。目前学界对满族饮食文化的研究已出现不少成果,但有关吉林省满族饮食文化的研究却明显不足。为此,在关注以往学界对满族饮食文化研究成果的同时,还需注重对吉林省满族饮食文化的进一步研究。Jilin Province is one of the important birthplaces of the Manchu,which has abundant Manchu cultural resources. With the development of national cultural industry and tourism, there is growing emphasis on the further research on the Manchu diet culture, Jilin diet culture is the important part of it. At present, the academic study of the Manchu diet culture has made many achievements, but the research about the Manchu diet culture in Jilin province is obviously inadequate. For this reason, the academic focuses on the past research on Manchu diet culture should pay close attention to the study of the Manchu diet culture in Jilin province.
