摘　　要：随着中非双边关系和中国对非洲公共外交的迅速发展,中国与非洲在媒介领域内的交往逐渐引起学界的关注。自1956年新中国与埃及建交以来,中非双方的媒介交往经历了开创、调整到快速发展的3个阶段,逐步由服务于意识形态的单向媒介援助向双向、平等、制度化的媒介交流发展。中非媒介交往的演进路径反映了中国积极调整对非战略、不断提升中非双方国际话语权和中国国际影响力的动态过程。中国应以"大外交、大外宣"的战略部署为契机,以中非合作论坛为机制,以平等交流为原则,以增强非洲媒介的发展能力为目标,以新的传媒技术为突破,进一步加强中非的媒介交往,从而创造更加有利于中非关系发展的国际舆论环境。With the sound development of Sino - African relations and Mrica＇ s prominence in China＇s public diplomatic landscape, media interactions between China and Mrica have begun to attract the attention of international academia. Since the establishment of official bilateral relation between China and Egypt in 1956, China has been deeply involved in media communications with Mrica countries, witnessing an evolution from media assistance to media exchange. From the kick - off to the readjustment, and then to swift development of Sino-Mrica media interactions, this evolution is a reflection of China＇s constant efforts to adjust its policy towards Africa so as to improve the discourse power and enhance the influence of China and Africa. Within the framework defined by the Forum on China - Africa Cooperation, China should further strengthen the media exchanges with Africa by utilizing the new media technologies and promoting exchanges on an equal footing so that an international media order conducive to the Sino -Africa relations can be established.
