摘　　要：丹尼斯·约翰逊的《烟树》以美国越战为背景,通过对弗兰西斯·桑兹上校等人在越南言行的叙事,反映了作者对美国越南战争的伦理关怀。小说没有庞大的战争场景的叙事,而是着力探讨战争造成的丧失主题,彰显了战争造成的家庭伦理困局。战争还造成了许多人家庭伦理的缺陷;这场战争是时代和民族的悲剧,更是一出伦理的悲剧,这给现代世界以强烈的警示作用。Tree of Smoke written by Denis Johnson is based on the America-Vietnam War. It reflects the author＇s ethical concern for the America-Vietnam War by depicting the Colonel Francis Sands＇ and other soldiers＇ statements and actions in Vietnam. The novel does not focus on the gigantic battle scenes but on the losses caused by the war and highlights the family ethical predicament caused by it. Besides, the war also causes the flaws of many people＇s family ethics. This war is not only the tragedy of the time and the nation but the tragedy of the ethics. And this gives the modern world a strong warning.
