摘　　要：本文重点分析互联网时代政府治理能力现代化对大数据应用的需求,结合地方政府实践经验提出大数据推进政府治理能力现代化的应用框架,以此框架为统一的视角分析东城区在社区公共卫生、社会服务管理方面应用大数据提升服务管理能力的实际成效,最后提出落实大数据框架需配套的政策建议。Based on local government＇s practical experience, the paper proposes a framework of using big data to promote governance capacity modernization. In the perspective of the framework, the paper introduces the actual effectiveness of using big data to enhance the governance capacity in community public health services and social management in Dongcheng District, Beijing.
