摘　　要：近几年,公共冲突解决作为一个研究领域已经得到越来越多国内学者的关注。本文运用文献分析方法,结合作者对这一领域的观察和思考,试图勾勒我国公共冲突解决领域的研究概貌。研究发现,国内关于公共冲突解决的研究增长迅速,但研究者学缘结构较为单调,研究问题的本土化落实较好,但理论创新不足,研究的深度和质量也有待提高,此外,理论与实践相对脱节,实践较为滞后。最后提出了加强国外理论的引进与吸收,以及推进实践等两方面的建议。As an emerging field of study, pubic dispute resolution has caught more and more attentions in China. This paper attempts to outline the development of this field with the means of literature analysis. Findings include, a rapid growth of papers is observed; most researchers are limited to very few disciplines; research questions are localized but innovative theories are rare; the quality of research is generally unsatisfied; and theory and practice are not well integrated. The paper ends with two field--building proposals.
