摘  要:目的:探索PON1基因Q192R单核苷酸多态性(SNP)与经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术(PCI)患者发生氯吡格雷抵抗(CR)的相关关系。方法:采用病例-对照研究法,入选160例患者,采用光学比浊法测定残余血小板聚集率(RPA),差值<10%定义为CR,据此将入选患者分为CR组和无CR组,采用测序法测定PON1基因Q192RSNP的基因型及等位基因分布频率。结果:PON1基因Q192R多态位点在两组间基因型分布频率皆符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡定律,PON1基因Q192RSNP与患者CR的发生无相关关系。结论:PON1基因Q192R SNP位点与PCI术后患者CR的发生无关。Objective:To explore the relationship between PON1 gene Q192R single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) and clopidogrel resistance (CR) in percutaneous coronary intervention patients. Method: A case-control method was employed in present study, A taotai of 160 patients with coronary heart diseases was enrolled. The residual platelet aggregation rate (RPA)was detected by optical nephelometry, and ARPA〈10% was defined as CR. Accordingly, all the enrolled 160 patients were then divided into CR group and non-CR (NCR) group. PCR and Sanger sequencing were executed to determine the genotypes and the allele frequencies of PON1 gene Q192. Result: The genotype frequencies in Q192R of PON1 gene conformed well to the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium in both CR group and NCR group. No significant difference in genotype and allele frequency existed between CR group and NCR group. Conclusion: it is considered that no correlation exists between PON1 gene Q192R polymorohism and cloDidogrel resistance in patients post PCI.
