摘 要:目的:应用氢生理盐水治疗大鼠继发性心肌损伤,观察其疗效并探讨其机制。方法:建立大鼠中度颅脑损伤模型,实验动物随机分为对照组、损伤+生理盐水组、损伤+含氢生理盐水组,于脑损伤后24h断头处死大鼠,收集血清,用全自动生化分析仪测定血清心肌肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)的变化;利用分光光度比色法检测心肌组织中丙二醛(MDA)的水平。结果:大鼠颅脑损伤后血清CK-MB升高,心肌组织内MDA水平升高,而损伤+含氢生理盐水组大鼠的血清CK-MB较损伤+生理盐水组明显降低,且心肌组织内MDA水平亦明显下降。结论:腹腔内注射含氢生理盐水能够通过抑制氧化损伤,降低大鼠颅脑损伤后血清CK-MB及心肌组织内MDA水平,改善大鼠颅脑损伤后继发性的心肌损伤。Objective:To investigate the effects of hydrogen-rich saline on secondary myocardial damange in rats and its mechanisms. Method.. Models of moderate traumatic brain injury in rat were established. Rats were randomized into normal control group, FPlq-saline group and FPI+hydrogen-rich saline group. Rats were decapitated at 24 hours after brain injury, creatine kinase myocardial isoenzyme (CK-MB) and propionate dialdehyde (MDA) levels of myocardial tissue were measured and statistically analyzed. Resdt: The levels of CK-MB and MDA were all increased after FPI, and the levels of CK-MB and MDA in FPI+ hydrogen-rich saline group were significantly lower than that in FPI+ saline group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: With injected intraperitoneally, hydrogen-rich saline could reduce the level of CK-MB and MDA and show the protective effects on secondary myocardial damange after traumatic brain injury.
