摘　　要：会诊是疑难危重患者疾病诊治的重要方式,会诊管理是医疗管理工作的重要内容,直接影响医院的医疗质量和救治效率。借助现代信息技术和网络平台,通过科学开发,强化培训,健全保障机制,实现电子会诊系统上线,可有效优化会诊工作流程,提高会诊质量、效率,节约人力物力成本,有助力于推进医院信息化建设及发展。Consultation is an important form for the diagnosis and treatment of severe diseases, and consultation management is an important content of medical management work, which directly affects the medical quality and treatment efficiency of the hospital. With the help of information network platform, our hospital has realized electronic consultation system online through scientific development, training enhancement, and safeguard mechanism improvement. The system can optimize consultation work process effectively, improve the consultation work, save manpower cost and help construction of hospital informatization.
