摘　　要：目的：探讨锚钉缝合结合中西医康复治疗伴三角韧带断裂的踝关节骨折脱位的疗效。方法：对31例伴三角韧带断裂伴和不伴骨折的踝关节脱位采用锚钉缝合螺钉内固定结合中西医康复治疗；术后随访12～36个月，观察临床效果。结果：踝关节脱位锚钉缝合内固定后复位好，踝关节X线显示内侧间隙术前为（4.91±1.24）、术后为（1.52±.48）比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.5）；均达骨性愈合，无再脱位，愈合时间12～16周，平均14周；按Baird-Jackson踝关节功能评分系统评定，优28例，良3例。结论：伴三角韧带断裂伴和不伴骨折的踝关节脱位，采用锚钉缝合结合中西医康复治疗是较好的方法。Objective To investigate the effect of the treatment of ankle dislocation or ankle fracture with deltoid ligament by using suture anchors combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine rehabilitation. Methods Thirty one patients with ankle dislocation and ankle fracture and broken deltoid ligament were treated by using suture anchors combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine rehabilitation,All cases were followed up for 12～36 monthes. Results The patients healed well after internal fixation of ankle dislocation by using suture anchors.X-ray films showed that all patients achieved bony healing and no dislocation. The medial clear space of ankle joints showed before surgery was（4.91±1.24）, and（1.52±.48）after surgery,medial clear space was significantly decreased postoperatively compared with that before operation（P〈0.5）. All cases were healing up from 12 weeks to 16 weeks, According to the Baird-Jackson’s scoring system;the result was excellent in 28cases and good in 3 cases. Conclusion Treatment of ankle dislocation or ankle fracture with broken deltoid ligament by using suture anchors combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine rehabilitation is a better way.
