摘 要:采用拉伸试验机、硬度仪、金相显微镜及S-4800型场发射扫描电子显微镜等,研究了微量残留元素Cr、Ni和Cu对SPHC热轧带钢组织性能的影响。结果表明:SPHC热轧带钢室温组织由铁素体和珠光体组成,平均晶粒尺寸在19.05~19.32μm;随残留元素当量增加,SPHC热轧带钢的硬度呈先增加后降低的趋势,抗拉强度最大差值为15 MPa、屈服强度最大差值为45 MPa,伸长率差值为7.5%。应变硬化指数与屈强比呈负线性相关,即微量残留元素当量增加有利于提高材料的应变硬化指数。当微量残留元素Cr、Cu在晶界析出量少且均匀时,弱化试样力学性能的能力较小,试样表现出较好的力学性能。The influences of residual elements Cr, Ni and Cu content on the microstructures and propertiesof SPHC hot rolled strip steel was studied by means of tensile testing machine, hardness tester, metallo-graphic microscope and SEM. The results show that the structure of SPHC hot rolled strip steel is composedof ferrite and pearlite. The range of grain size of SPHC hot rolled strip is 19.05~19.32 μm. The hardness ofSPHC strip increases firstly and then decreases with increasing residual elements content,. The maximumdifference in tensile strength is 15 MPa, the maximum difference in yield strength is 45 MPa and the maxi-mum difference in elongation is 7.5%. The relation between strain hardening index and yield ratio shows anegative linear correlation. It indicates the increase of microcontent residual elements improves materialstrain hardening index. When residual elements Cr and Cu appear small amount and uniform precipitation atgrain boundary, its effect of weakening the mechanical performance is low, and the resulted steel shows agood mechanical property.
