摘 要:目的使用BIOVISION肌电系统,观察和分析不同半蹲屈膝角度接受不同重力加速度(g)振动刺激时下肢股内侧肌(Vastus medium,VM)与股二头肌(Bicepes femoris,BF)激活表现以及两者共同收缩情况,并讨论不同训练水平受试者间的差异。方法招募10名非体育专业男性大学生为一般组,10名男性体育专业足球特长生为专业组,以90°、60°、45°屈膝角度先后进行无振动(Non-Vibration,NV)测试和全身振动(Whole-body vibration,WBV)测试,同时记录VM与BF肌电反应(s EMG),其中振动刺激为0.98 g、2.52 g、3.72 g、5.61 g。采用T检验、双因素方差分析等统计学方法比较BF和VM的s EMG以及两者共同收缩比例差异,主效应分别检验不同g值、不同屈膝角度对s EMG的影响,交互效应检验不同g值搭配不同屈膝角度对s EMG的影响。结果一般组在屈膝45°时接受0.98 g、2.52 g以及专业组则在屈膝60°搭配2.52 g时呈现较佳激活水平。结论 BF与VM的激活程度受半蹲屈膝角度影响较大,需依据个体特点来考虑g值与屈膝角度搭配。Objective Using BIOVISION EMG system to examine the muscle activation levels and co- contraction ratios of vastus medium( VM) and bicepes femoris( BF) at different knee angles and g values during Whole- body vibration( WBV)stimulations,and analyze the differences between the different groups. Methods 10 healthy male college students were recruited as general group and 10 male college football Players were recruited as special group in this study. Subjects were asked to take Non- Vibration( NV) and WBV at different levels( 0. 98 g,2. 52 g,3. 72 g,5. 61 g) with knee flexed at 45,60,90 degrees. s EMG signals were recorded simultaneously during NV and WBV. T- test and two- way ANOVA with repeated measures was used to compare s EMG levels and co- contraction ratio of VM and BF at difference knee angles and g values. Results Activation level of BF was significantly higher than NV when knee flexed at 60 degrees( 0. 98 ~ 3. 72 g)and 45 degrees( 0. 98 ~ 5. 61 g) during WBV stimulations. WBV s EMG activation level of VM and BF was significantly higher than NV at 0. 98 g and 2. 5 g when subjects of general group with knee flexed at 45 degrees. Subjects of special group presented a better level of activation in the knees at 60 ° with 2. 52. Conclusion Activate extent of BF and VM influenced by the squat knee flexion to develop a WBV training programs based on individual muscle characteristics.
