摘　　要：伴随着高校图书馆的社会化趋势以及中国社会的老龄化趋势,高校图书馆应高度关注老年人的文化生活,最大限度地满足老年读者的精神文化需求。在分析老年读者生理、心理特点及阅读需求的基础上,提出了志愿者服务工作的具体要求。With the socializing trend of university library and the aging trend of Chinese society, university library should pay close attention to the cultural life of old people, furthest satisfy the spiritual and cultural needs of older readers. Based on analyzing the physiological and psychological features and reading requirements of older readers, this paper puts forward the concrete requirements for volunteer service.
