某大学附属医院《手术分级目录》存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：通过分析某大学附属医院《手术分级目录》,并与省内外《手术分级目录》进行对比,发现在某大学附属医院《手术分级目录》中存在新开展手术术式不够完善、手术分级未及时更新、手术级别需要人为判断等诸多需要解决与完善的问题。《手术分级目录》质量关乎医院手术分级管理、手术分级数据质量以及医院手术科室对外学术交流等,因此,医院应制定适合自身特色的《手术分级目录》,重视并加强《手术分级目录》管理,建立、健全手术分级管理体系,从而不断提高手术分级管理质量。Through analyzing the ＂operation classification directory＂ of affiliated hospitals of a university,and compared with that both in and out of the province,we found that there are many problems need to solve and improve such as the incomplete operation methods,delay update of operation classification directory and the operation grade need the judgment of operators.The quality of the ＂operation classification directory＂ could impact the management,data quality of operation classification operation as well as external academic exchanges of surgical departments of the hospital.Therefore,hospitals should formulate the ＂operation classification directory＂ suitable for their own characteristics,attach importance and strengthen the management of the ＂operation classification directory＂,establish operation grade management system,thus to improve the quality of operation classification management continuously.
