腾讯QQ群平台在病案管理中的应用现状

摘　　要：近年来,病案管理工作越来越受到重视,病案管理工作者之间的交流学习也越来越频繁。对我国病案管理工作者利用QQ群进行交流学习的情况进行调研,分析病案管理QQ群的分类及应用情况,并对其中一个有代表性的QQ群组——山东病案加以简要的介绍和说明。目前我国病案管理QQ群约382个,数量仍在不断增加,沟通交流的主要内容为病案管理知识、疾病和手术操作编码知识以及日常工作中的疑难问题。山东病案QQ群是目前病案管理最有影响力的QQ群组之一。腾讯QQ群为病案管理工作者们的学习交流提供了良好的平台。In recent years,the management work of medical records has gradually been taken more and more attention,and the communication between medical record management workers has also become more and more frequent.This paper conducted an investigation on the communication and study status of medical record management workers by using QQ group in China,analyzed the classification and application of medical record m anagement QQ groups,and briefly introduced a representative QQ group-Shandong Medical Records.Now there are 382 QQ groups of medical record management in our country,and the number is still increasing.The main contents of the communication included medical record management knowledge,diseases and surgical procedures coding knowledge,and the problems of daily work.Shandong Medical Records QQ group is currently one of the most influential medical record management QQ group.Tencent QQ group provides a good platform for the communication of medical record management workers.
