摘  要:目的了解某三甲医院门诊预约挂号满意度情况。方法应用自行设计的调查问卷,采用随机抽样的方法对某市五所三甲医院520名门诊预约挂号的病人或家属进行自填式问卷调查。结果对预约挂号满意的占58.9%,不满意的占41.1%,不满意的原因主要是号源少﹑预约热线占线﹑好医生难约等。有54.2%的人是通过院内信息了解预约挂号的,本市患者占62.1%。结论某市居民对预约挂号服务满意度尚可,今后要通过各种途径加强预约挂号知识宣传,完善预约挂号系统,保证充足号源,更好地为广大患者服务。Objective To understand the satisfaction status of appointment registration in outpatient department of a Three Grade and Class A Hospital in a city.Methods To conduct a filling questionnaires survey on 520 cases of patients or their family members who made appointment registration in outpatient department of five Three Grade and Class A Hospital in a city with the application of simple sampling method and self-designed questionnaires.Results 58.9% of patients were satisfied with the appointments registration while 41.1% were not,and the main reasons included few numbers resource,busy booking hotline and difficult to appointment of excellent doctors and so on.There were 54.2% of patients got aware of appointment registration through the hospital information,in which patients in the city accounted for 62.1%.Conclusions The satisfaction status of patients in the city was well to the appointment registration service,we should strengthen the knowledge propaganda of appointments registration through various ways in the future,improve the appointment registration system and guarantee adequate numbers source,thus to provide better service for the patients.
